My name is Jill Carlton, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) out of North Carolina, who values meeting people where they are while building their inner strengths through motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a holistic approach.

I attended Livingstone College obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and attended North Carolina A&T State University obtaining a Master’s in Counseling both Historically Black Colleges/Universities (HBCU’s). I have additional leadership experience in Church Leadership, international missionary work, and the passion to see people take steps through the healing process to live to be their best selves.
